I start my day by checking emails and messages. Then I look at the schedule, maybe there are interviews to conduct or meetings with managers to plan the day ahead.<\/p>

A huge aspect of my role is recruiting. I meet with applicants and try to find individuals who share our Royal Dental values of being kind, competent, and willing to provide their best to our patients.<\/p>

I assist our employees with whatever they need to know concerning their jobs, leaves, or policies. It is essential to ensure everyone is heard and supported.<\/p>

Training and Growth<\/p><\/blockquote>

We host training sessions so that our staff can acquire new knowledge and develop as professionals. This may be for newcomers or for the general staff to have a refresher on some matters.<\/p>

At Royal Dental, it’s all about ongoing learning. Afternoons are usually filled with planning or booking training sessions for inducting new joiners.<\/p>

We also plan fun events, birthday celebrations, and wellness activities. These moments bring our team closer and create a happy work environment. When there is a new addition to the team, I ensure they become comfortable. I welcome them to the team, clarify our rules and values, and ensure they get settled in. A good start always makes a big difference.<\/p>
