Fl added to drinking\u00a0water and its\u00a0concentration is 0.7\u00a0to 1.2 ppm. Most of the toothpaste have\u00a01000ppm of fl content. Toothpaste less than that level not recommended for use.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 mins brushing recommended for healthy teeth.\u00a0Fl\u00a0in mouthwashes are effective in strengthening the tooth enamel. For optimal results use mouthwash after toothbrushing and flossing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fl\u00a0gels, foams\u00a0and varnishes- they used for patients with high risk of cavities, orthodontic\u00a0patients, patients\u00a0with decreased salivary flow.
