Most commonly seen in 2<sup>nd<\/sup> or 3<sup>rd<\/sup> month of pregnancies. In addition Clinically, they bleed only and are<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hyperplasia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> hyperplastic<\/a> and nodular. May sessile or pedenculated and ulcerated. The lesion occurs in an area of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gingivitis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gingivitis<\/a>. Its associated with poor <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oral_hygiene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oral hygiene<\/a>.
